1. Scope of Services

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Trixi Marx ("Designer"), a graphic designer offering biodesign, murals, website designs, and projects for exhibitions, to clients ("Client").

2. Service Description

The Designer offers a range of creative services including biodesign, mural creation, website design, and projects for exhibitions. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate written agreement between the Designer and the Client. This agreement will detail the project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and any other relevant terms. The Client's approval and agreement to the project proposal and terms are required before work commences.

4. Fees and Payment

The fees for services will be as agreed upon in the project agreement. Payment terms and methods will also be outlined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Designer grants the Client the rights to use the final delivered creative work as outlined in the project agreement. The Designer retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide clear and timely feedback, information, and assets required for the project. Delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines and deliverables.

7. Revisions and Changes

The project agreement will outline the number of revisions or rounds of changes included in the agreed-upon fee. Additional revisions or changes beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

8. Confidentiality

Both the Designer and the Client agree to treat all information exchanged during the course of the project as confidential. This includes project details, concepts, and any sensitive information.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice in case of a material breach by the other party. Fees for work performed up to the termination date will be payable.

10. Liabilit

The Designer is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of the creative work. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the final work meets their requirements and is suitable for their intended use.

By engaging in a project with Sugar Studio, led by Trixi Marx, the Client agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
